A GUIDE TO RENTING

A short guide to help you with the process of renting a room, flat or house with Pegasus Estates Midlands.

Viewings

Arranging a viewing is EASY! Call the office or send an email and we will see where we can fit you in. You will then receive a confirmation text and email with the date, time and location of your viewing.

The Admin

Our application process is straight-forward, quick and entirely paperless. We will require references from your current landlord and your employer, these can be submitted online. In addition, our Welcome Pack, Information Guide, Tenancy Agreement and everything in between are sent to you via your email address. Your tenancy agreement can be signed and sent back to us electronically - it's as easy as that!

Find The Right Property

We post our available rooms on our website. If you get stuck, or have any questions at all, drop us a message and we will get back to you with any additional information you may need.

Let Agreed

After your viewing, if you decide to go ahead, you will need to pay the holding fee. This amount will be agreed with the letting agent. Once this has been paid we will begin your paperwork. 

Moving In

Once your paperwork is signed and the rent payment has cleared we will arrange a time to meet you and hand over the keys. Our agent will complete a quick inventory of your room, usually whilst you are there, so please allow time for this when collecting your keys.
