Each of our shared properties are cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning company. We closely monitor the living standards within our shared properties and ensure the quality of the cleaning service is always as we'd expect.

DOUBLE
BEDS
Where possible we provide all rooms with a comfy double bed and deluxe mattress, although those cosier rooms that can only fit a single bed are offered at a discounted price.

Our landlords can offer you top quality, superfast broadband and should the WiFi ever go down, just let one of the team know and we will have the problem rectified in no time.

We are a conscientious bunch and we recognise the need to get any job, large or small, completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We make ourselves available when you need us, a friendly face is just an email or phone call away.
ENSUITE
ROOMS
We know not everybody is happy to share which is why we have a vast array of ensuite bedrooms available in addition to rooms with communal bathrooms. Please keep in mind our ensuite rooms get snapped up very quickly so if this is your preference you will need to act fast!
SECURE
DEPOSIT
We take an initial holding fee when you reserve the room which can be deducted from the total deposit which is paid at a later date. Once the deposit has been paid in full we secure it with the DPS, a government protected deposit scheme.

We have been the proud letting agency to over 2000 tenants since we started and we have a proven track record in looking after our tenants, with 'umpteen' tenants referring their friends or colleagues, and several tenants coming back to us after moving away.
In order to ensure we are being fair to you, we put ourselves in your shoes. There is most definitely a stigma around letting agencies in this country - they are often believed to be unreliable and dishonest. We are actively working against this, and hope to show you letting agencies can be open and honest, reliable and trustworthy. We would never expect you to live somewhere that we wouldn't and, perhaps, that is where we are different.
