FULLY MANAGED
With our fully managed service, we take a hands-on approach from the initial enquiry right the way through to the tenancy end. We will conduct viewings, complete tenant referencing and paperwork, register deposits, do both move-in and move-out inventories and inspections and most importantly, ensure the property is being looked after throughout the duration of the tenancy. In addition, we will remind you of any certificate renewals that are upcoming such as EPCs, gas certificates and PAT testing - we are able to renew these for you through our experienced maintenance team.
We offer constant support to your tenants, with an out of hours call line should anything ever go wrong out of hours! Beside this, we are readily available in the office Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 and can easily be reached via phone or email - this applies to both landlords and tenants, we are happy to help wherever we can!
