DO YOU ARRANGE A CLEANER?
Yes we provide a weekly cleaner service to keep your property spick and span! This is charged separately to the monthly management fee
WHERE DO YOU ADVERTISE?
We advertise on a range of portals: SpareRoom, Rightmove and Zoopla to name just a few.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RENT?
We collect rent from your tenants on the 1st of every month. The rent will then be sent out to you on the evening of the 4th, it will be in your account on the morning of the 5th.
